Episode 68 - Heather Klages

Back for a special Remembrance Day episode! Heather Klages was close with her grandfather, a World War 2 Veteran.  While sharing a couple stories about him way back in Episode 11, Heather brings more detail and more stories about his time overseas during the worst global conflict in the history of the world.  She also shares more about a trip she took with him back to Holland and how Canadian soldiers are revered there.  Heather also gives us her grandfather's response when asked about his opinion regarding Christmas decorations before November 11th.  She also explains why she's currently a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and how they continue to keep the Poppy and Remembrance Day relevant to Canadians and how they help in the community.  Someone Completely Interesting, keeping the life and memory alive of Someone Completely Interesting.  We will remember them.
