Episode 99 - Lesley Frick

From a high school alt grunge garage band to Yoga instructor, Lesley Frick has had an eclectic life.  We learn how she went from helping at risk Indigenous youth to working through her own addiction with alcohol.  Since moving to St. Paul 4 years ago with her husband Dustin, an RCMP, Lesley has used her life experiences to lend her expertise working with SPAEC and becoming the Chairperson for the St. Paul Pride committee.  An energetic, candid person who doesn't hide anything from her personal life which of course makes her a completely interesting person.
